I bought this plow in the spring of 2008, and I restored it later that summer. I took it all the way apart, wire wheeled the entire thing, and then painted it with a paint gun. I installed a lot of new bolts, and I was even able to find the Brinly decals on eBay. It turned out pretty good. Here's a couple of in-progess photos:
