Here's a couple of pictures of the grader blade I built. It's made out of an 82 series mule drive with the pulleys removed, an old pin-on deck subframe, a few pieces of scrap metal, and a cut-down blade from an unknown lawn tractor. It can be angled to either side, and it works fairly well, even with no weights on the tractor. It needs a real cutting edge and some paint.
